Our Team
Brian Dean | Founder
Brian Dean is Founder of On Target Careers. He is our Principal Coach and oversees all aspects of day-to-day management including business development, live coaching, and content curation. Prior to On Target, Brian held numerous roles in financial services including Investment Banking Associate in Morgan Stanley's Menlo Park office, Investment Banking Analyst in RBC's San Francisco office, and Investment Associate at Covington Capital Management. Brian brings experience facilitating over $50B in total transaction value across complex M&A and equity deals as well as investment committee participation on over $3B in AUM.
